injury work is a significant part of the work we have done over
the last quarter century. We have personally handled, and when necessary
tried before juries in Mercer and Lawrence Counties in Pennsylvania,
and before the U.S. District Courts in Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown,
and Pittsburgh, a variety of injury cases, ranging from wrongful
death, to personal injury from automobile accidents, falling accidents,
and the like. We will evaluate your claim at no cost to you for
our initial consultation, and if meritorious will pursue your claim
on a contingent fee basis, such that you will owe us nothing for
our time unless there is a monetary recovery for you. |

the last thirty plus years we have advised clients on the preparation
of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and other documents related
to the preservation and orderly transition of their estates. During
that time we have prepared thousands of such documents for residents
of Western Pennsylvania. We have, and will, if necessary, counsel
clients while in hospitals, nursing homes, and in their own homes
if unable to come to our offices. In addition, when the final administration
of an estate is necessary, we will provide those services on a fee
for time spent basis, so you will never have to pay for services
unneeded or unwanted, and we never charge a commission. Our staff
has over sixty (60) years total experience in estate matters. |

three decades we have served as an agent in Mercer County for the
Lawyers Title Insurance Company, one of the largest and most respected
title insurance companies in the United States. During that time
we have performed hundreds of title examinations, and real estate
closings, and have prepared all the related documents. We can give
