William
J. Madden was born February 24th, 1948 in Sharon Pennsylvania.
He graduated from Sharon High School in 1966 and then from the
University of Notre Dame, with a B.A. degree in 1970. He then
attended the Dickinson School of Law, and graduated with a J.D.
degree in 1973.

He has served as Solicitor for the City of Sharon from 1978 to
the present; for the Borough of Clark from 1975 to present; for
the Borough of Wheatland from 1988 to the present; for the County
of Mercer from 1973 to 1974 and then again from 1986 to 1996;
for the Township of Shenango from 1984 to 2003; for the Mercer
County Housing Authority from 1983 to the present; for the Shenango
Township Municipal Authority from 1981 to the present; for the
West Salem Township Municipal Sewage Authority from 1995 to the
present; and for the Mercer County Solid Waste Authority from
1990 to the present. |
